His expertise spans critical sectors including Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Manufacturing, and Construction, with specialized focus on strategic design, procurement, and operational excellence. Asim holds multiple IRCA Lead Auditor Certifications including ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22001, 22301, and 27001, and is also a Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Manager, and Certified Trainer.
Internationally recognized by API, ASQ, and IRCA, Asim was awarded Quality Manager of the Year by the Saudi Arabian Quality Council and received the Diamond Award from the European Society of Quality. He is a trusted Aramco- and NEOM-approved auditor, known for his exceptional authority and leadership in the quality management field.
Kamran Rizvi brings over 20 years of cross-functional experience in HR, quality assurance, training, strategic management, and change leadership. His work spans diverse industries including retail, education, and sustainability, where he has driven organizational transformation and governance enhancement.
He is certified in Quality Management, Organizational Development, Change Management, and Sustainability, and has successfully led initiatives that improve operational efficiency, align teams with strategic goals, and cultivate resilient organizational cultures.
Kamran is also deeply committed to social impact. As a volunteer leader in education and environmental advocacy, he has been recognized by the House of Commons in Canada for his contributions to youth development and community engagement — reflecting his leadership both professionally and socially.
Shayan Arshad is a Qualified Industrial Engineer and Certified Food Safety Expert with over a decade of experience in QHSE systems, food safety management, and business process optimization across the Middle East. His cross-sector expertise has enabled organizations to enhance compliance, streamline operations, and build a culture of continuous improvement.
He holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) and has successfully led process excellence, business process re-engineering, transformation projects, and internal audits. Shayan’s approach focuses on driving operational efficiency and embedding sustainable quality systems.
As an IRCA Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018, he ensures high standards of implementation and regulatory alignment.
